Loved the book, the shopping experience not so much

The seller made a mistake shipping the product (didn't put the correct address) and it ended up being tossed around for several weeks between different distribution centers. I contacted the seller several times to tell him that something was off but he did nothing to solve this situation. In the end, I had to contact the shipping company repeatedly to solve the problem on my own. This is always problematic because the customer is the sender not the receiver. In the end, I managed to solve the problem but the book arrived completely smashed and in a completely obliterated box. Anyway, for a 60 euros book based mostly on illustrations, it was not great to wait for several weeks and receive a damaged product Also not worth the stress of having to constantly call the shipping company and deal with annoying customer service bots.

Comment by Effektboutique: we were in contact about that case - i offered to contact DHL and i also offered a discount. Adress was taken over from you.
