Amazing sounds - but not for everyoneThis pedal WILL add noise to your signal chain once is engaged - mind that before buying.
If you don't mind it - like I don't - then it offers a huge amount of sounds you can dial in and out - from shimmery noisy lushes to laid back reverb. The dark/bright switch makes the whole difference, and sustaining a note with the reverb knob around 2 O'clock and the delta know around 7 O'clock will yield a whole lot of harmonics. A minor tweak on any knob will open up a universe of sounds.
Overall an amazing pedal for adding an extra spice to any signal chain - but only if your sound is inherently noisy (in a good way).
If you want to check how it (sort of) sounds like, just listen to A Place to Bury Strangers (the main guitarist/vocalist owns Death by Audio). This pedal works like a watermark of their sounds I'd say.Veröffentlicht am
