Inspired by the classic analog “ladder” filter found in many legendary vintage synths, Ladditude features several unique and functional updates to that time-tested circuit.

Spanning a massive frequency range from sub- to super-sonic and running at +/-15v, Ladditude’s filter can be controlled manually, via internal or external CV, and also via audio input.

The LF-01’s Drive control produces the gritty, growly organic tones that ladder filters are famous for, while the additional headroom also allows for the conjuring of crisp and articulate filtering effects that are difficult to coax from the original design.

A global Level control can adjust the pedal’s output from unity gain up to +22dB of boost to stand out in a busy mix or destroy the front end of your amplifier.

Ladditude’s proprietary optical envelope detection circuit simultaneously controls the filter and resonance parameters, which can then be manipulated to create a cornucopia of unique and unconventional audio effects.
